FAQS: SHIPPING & ORDERS

  • Your order will ship within 3-10 business days from the day your order was placed. We are a team of two and appreciate your patience!

    If we are out of the studio, please expect your order to ship on the posted return date.

  • If your package is lost during shipping/before delivery, please get in touch with us as quickly as possible so we can file a claim. We'll follow up with the next steps at that time.

  • Unfortunately, our system does not allow us to change an address once an order is placed. Please ensure that you input the correct information at checkout.

  • Our studio does not offer rush shipping,

  • Your order should arrive within 3-7 business days from the day it ships.

    Please note:

    Please note that once a package is shipped, we are no longer in control of transit times or delivery dates. Delays may occur as a result of inclement weather or mail service congestion during the delivery process, such as around holidays.

    If your order is marked as "delivered" on the carrier's website, we cannot issue a refund or replace the item. If your item's tracking has not been updated for 30 days, please email us at studio@ktcooney.com.

    Items shipped via USPS First Class (patches and stickers) do not include tracking information. If your item has not arrived in 30 days, please email us at studio@ktcooney.com.

  • At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges, with two exceptions:

    1. The wrong item was shipped to you
    If this happens, please let us know and we will send you a prepaid return label.

    2. You wish to exchange apparel for a new size
    Exchanges are made by placing a new order after the item(s) have been returned and refunded.

    Outside of these scenarios, please DO NOT ship your item back to us, as we won’t be able to refund you (unless your item was damaged or defective and you have contacted us).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. We’d love to offer free shipping on returns like retail giants, but that’s not possible for our small business right now.

    As the customer, you are responsible for paying shipping costs when exchanging the item(s) (unless the order was damaged, defective, lost, or stolen).
